The African, Caribbean and Pacific Group of States (ACP) owns a building located at Avenue Georges Henri 451 in 1200 Brussels. The companies Altiplan and FI Engineering have been mandated to carry out an in-depth renovation of this building, involving the temporary relocation of its occupant.
In this context, Anixton has been entrusted with a mission of ‘tenant representation’.
After a detailed study of the market and the various possible real estate alternatives, ACP, on the recommendation of Anixton, decided to rent an entire building located at rue de l’Aqueduc 118 in 1050 Brussels, in the immediate vicinity of Place du Chatelain and owned by the Bouwen Group.
This building, intended to be transformed into a high-end residential project after the exit of the ACP, offers a surface area of almost 6,000 m² and about a hundred parking spaces. It also has numerous conference rooms, including one with nearly 700 places, which are particularly well suited to the needs of the ACP.
“Anixton provided us with a wide range of options that we could work with to come up with the building which most suited our requirements and the way we work. Anixton may be a small team but they deliver big results!”, Alec Singh, CTO, ACP General Secretariat
