Residential development in Namur ready for 2025 delivery

Anixton has been exclusively mandated to find a partner or buyer for the “Terrasses de Namur” residential project, located near the city center in Haut de Bomel. The project, fully cleared of permit claims, features 46 EPB A-rated apartments equipped with photovoltaic panels, heat pumps, and VMC systems, alongside a retail unit in two separate buildings surrounded by a large garden. Delivery is expected in 2025.
