Anixton acted as a trusted advisor in the sale of the Van Zande nursing home, a 3,500 m² property in Brussels, to the Centre Hospitalier Jean Titeca. The site is set to be transformed into a specialized psychiatric care facility, contributing to the region’s healthcare infrastructure.
Moreover, Anixton played a pivotal role in negotiating a Temporary Occupancy Agreement (COT) involving the Brussels-Capital Region, the group of homeless families occupying the site, and the new owner. This agreement ensured the legal and secure occupation of the site, preventing the eviction of over 100 individuals, including numerous families with children.
